Midwest Transmission Center
Midwest Transmission Center was formed in 1996 to provide a solution in the standard transmission industry. The need arose to have a high-quality, full-line (foreign, domestic, 4×4, 4×2, FWD and RWD) remanufacturing facility that remanufactures complete units, and researches and develops new products for the driveline industry. MTC bought Proven Force in 2009, expanding services and adding 38 years of experience to our team.
With the addition of our new facility, and the on-going need to set the standard in the manual transmission industry, MTC added state-of-the-art bar coding to all parts and units to track assemblies for immediate location in the remanufacturing process.
In January of 2000, two additional new dynos were added to increase capacity and reliability of remanufactured units. These dyno machines have all new data acquisition programs that provide computer printouts on several key functions of manual transmissions and transfer cases.

MTC also offers a full line of new and remanufactured units. In some unique cases, we sell quality used parts as well. We ship worldwide with over 8 major shipping companies and use state-of-the-art shipping procedures. We are currently working with OEM manufacturers on developing new transmission assemblies, testing, design, and application analysis. Gear certification is also available to the aftermarket industry. New product design and redesigned existing gearing is available through our engineering department. Furthermore, we are able to offer cryogenically treated parts for re-assembly of critical and extra demanding driveline applications.

Proven Force is an industry leader in supplying Drivelines, Driveshafts and related automotive replacement parts and service in the Metropolitan area of Minneapolis. We are the driveline driveshaft specialist, both steel and aluminum repair and fabrication, custom high performance shafts available. Our Proven Force location offers a complete line of Expertly Built Driveline and Driveshaft with a 24 hour turnaround. The driveshafts are High Speed Balanced, which provides built-in quality and removes all vibrations. We also carry a complete line of differential parts, rings, pinions, axles, and posi-tractions. Every re-manufactured transmission, including manual, automatic, and transfer case, has a one year no-hassle warranty. The inventory includes gas and heavy duty diesel clutches, diesel performance programmers, diesel fuel tanks, OE and performance replacement clutches, ring and pinions, bearing rebuild kits, posi-traction units, u-joints, yokes, center bearings, and axles.
